I remember as a child you didn’t see Christmas decorations out until the day after Thanksgiving. Now they start decorating before Halloween.

Seems like Christmas has changed a lot too.  All the modern decoration seems to take away from the old fashioned Christmas. What happened to making some of the ornaments? What about hand painted Christmas ornaments?

Christmas as a child seemed so much better but we all see it in a different light also. A few weeks out of school for xmas vacations. Relatives coming to visit, some you only saw a few times a year. Lots of food and eating.
